The Origin Story The project began with a very practical need: I wanted a ready-to-use, “pre-baked” image of my own perfectly tuned system. I needed a way to reinstall my personal setup without spending hours re-configuring every optimization from scratch.
What started as a personal utility quickly turned into a deep dive into the inner workings of Linux. Driven by the curiosity to understand how a distribution is built from the ground up, VeloxOS became my ultimate learning journey.
